A 1977 cum laude graduate of Marietta College, Mr. Meyer obtained his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in 1980. The Ohio State Bar Association admitted him to practice that same year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit and the U.S. Tax Court.
