Attorney Brittany Littleton is the founder and owner of Littleton Legal PLLC.  With offices in Broken Arrow and Tulsa, Brittany represent estate planning clients and business owners throughout Tulsa County and surrounding areas.  Brittany provides exceptional counsel and support to those who have legal needs involving any of the following:

She also has extensive experience with business succession planning, and she routinely serves as outside general counsel to businesses of all sizes in a variety of industries, where she provides invaluable guidance regarding regulatory requirements, branding and marketing strategies, financing and funding efforts, policies and procedures, negotiating mergers and acquisitions, and many other areas.   

Prior to forming Littleton Legal PLLC in 2015, Brittany was an associate at a busy boutique estate planning firm specializing in high net worth planning. She gained valuable insight into how overwhelming estate planning and business succession could be for families and business owners, and the struggles that resulted from the lack of planning.  Her extensive experience as a former In-House Counsel and Chief Operating Officer for multi-million-dollar businesses gives her a unique perspective when acting as outside general counsel services for local companies.  

Brittany Littleton graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tulsa in 2005, majoring in International Business and Spanish and receiving where she  a certificate in Latin American and Caribbean Studies. She was recognized as the Most Outstanding International Business Student. She also placed first in the Oklahoma Business Ethics Competition, and she also served as Kyoto Exchange Delegate.   She then attended the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor with highest honors in 2008. While in law school, she received certificates in Resources, Energy and Comparative Law as well as in International Comparative Law, and she received the Leadership and Service Award from the American Bar Association.

Brittany Littleton is a member of WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. She is also a member of the Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Associations.  She is frequently asked to speak publicly to community organizations on estate planning and business law matters, and also presents continuing education classes to other attorneys, financial advisors, and CPAs.  Brittany volunteers her time to serve on the board of the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce, YWCA Tulsa, and Broken Arrow Seniors, Inc.  She is also active with the Oklahomans for Equality Business Alliance, Tulsa Interagency Council, Homebuilder's Association of Greater Tulsa, the Tulsa Chapter of the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance,  and 36° North – Tulsa Basecamp for Entrepreneurs.
