Mr. Bracken began his legal career representing large corporations and prominent hospitals, gaining invaluable insight into high-stakes litigation. Although he excelled in the corporate arena, he soon recognized that his true calling was advocating for those who lacked a voice and the resources to navigate the legal system alone. Drawing on his strategic acumen and meticulous trial preparation, he relentlessly pursues justice on behalf of catastrophically injured individuals, whether at the settlement table or in the courtroom.

A native of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Mr. Bracken enlisted in the United States Marine Corps following high school and served as an Infantry TOW Gunner during Operation Iraqi Freedom II. His combat deployment to Fallujah and subsequent decorations testify to his courage and leadership under pressure. These formative experiences instilled in him a strong sense of resilience, discipline and commitment; qualities he applies to every case he handles.

Following his military service, Mr. Bracken returned to Oklahoma State University to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in applied sociology in 2008. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2011. Today, he leverages a unique blend of military service, corporate litigation experience and sociological insight to secure favorable outcomes for his clients.
