Mark W. Albert

Mark obtained  his law degree at The University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1988 and has been in private practice for 35 years. His practice areas are primarily probate, civil and criminal litigation, which include claims for personal injury, wrongful death, nursing home neglect, and insurance bad faith.  Mark has successfully tried numerous civil and criminal cases to jury verdict. He also represents financial institutions and businesses in civil matters.  He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, Texas, and The U.S. District Court for Western District of Oklahoma.  In addition to his law practice, he serves as Board of Director of a Bank with locations in Oklahoma and Texas.
