William A. Gosney

William A. Gosney is a partner at Ylla Gosney Attorneys at Law, located in Moore, Oklahoma, where he represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters. His practice focuses primarily on personal injury law, including cases involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents and premises liability claims such as slip-and-fall incidents. He also handles bad faith insurance disputes, advocating for policyholders when insurance companies fail to meet their contractual obligations.

Mr. Gosney works closely with individuals and families who have suffered injuries or financial losses due to the negligence or misconduct of others. He guides clients through each stage of the legal process, from investigation and case preparation to settlement negotiations and litigation when necessary. Mr. Gosney earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian from the University of Oklahoma in 2006. He went on to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2009. That same year, he was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma.

In addition to his admission before the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, Mr. Gosney is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. He remains active in the legal community through his membership in the Oklahoma County Bar Association.
