Turner Inn of Court, Leadership Canadian County, Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma’s Leadership Council. Under Austin’s leadership, the Canadian County Bar Association was selected as the state’s Outstanding Bar Association and was recognized at the 2020 Annual Meeting.
Austin was named to the 2019 NextGen Under 30 for the State of Oklahoma, a prestigious award that recognizes those young professionals who demonstrate talent, drive and service to their communities. Austin was 1 of only 18 attorneys under the age of thirty (30) throughout the entire state that received this honor. Austin was also recently chosen by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys (NAFLA) as a Top 10 Family Law Attorney Under 40 in the State of Oklahoma.
Austin was recently accepted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum which is only bestowed upon Plaintiff Attorneys who have recovered Million Dollar settlements for their clients and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum which is only bestowed upon Plaintiff Attorneys who have recovered Multi-Million Dollar settlements for their clients. Less than 1% of U.S. Lawyers are members.
Austin is also a member of The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 which is a professional organization composed of the top trial lawyers from each state or region who are under the age of 40. Membership into The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40 is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to those trial lawyers practicing civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense law. Invitees must exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young lawyer under the age of 40. Selection is based on a thorough multi-phase objective process which includes peer nominations combined with third-party research.
Austin was recently recognized by Super Lawyers magazine as a 2023 Rising Star. Those chosen were nominated by their peers, evaluated across 12 key categories and reviewed by a select panel. Only 2.5% of attorneys in the state are selected. Rising Star selections are reserved for those attorneys who have practiced law less than 10 years.
Austin was named in the 2024 Edition of 405 Magazine’s Top Attorneys for Personal Injury.
