Sam Talley

Attorney Sam Talley is a partner with the award winning Talley Turner Stice & Bertman law firm in Norman, Oklahoma. A 2003 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Mr. Talley obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2006. He also received his Master of Laws in Trial Advocacy, with honors, from Temple University College of Law in 2014. Along with practicing before all state and U.S. District Courts in Oklahoma, Mr. Talley is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and both the Oklahoma and U.S. Supreme Courts.

Mr. Talley is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma County and Cleveland County Bar Associations. He also supports his local community through his position as board member of the Norman Regional Health Foundation and the Norman Chamber of Commerce.
