A veteran attorney within his legal community, Bart Jay Robey has consistently maintained his efficient advocacy in every case he takes on, ensuring his clients have all the legal tools they need to help overcome their legal challenges. A partner at Chubbuck Duncan & Robey, P.C., in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, he routinely handles legal issues pertaining to personal injury law – such as products liability – and insurance law, among many others.
Mr. Robey completed his undergraduate studies in 2000, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, communications and economics from American University. He went on to attend The George Washington University Law School, where he sharpened his shrewd legal acumen and talents through his active involvement in organizations such as the Moot Court Board and Phi Delta Phi. He received his Juris Doctor in 2003, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Oklahoma.
During his time in law school, Mr. Robey clerked for Justice Marian Opala of the Oklahoma Supreme Court, providing him with invaluable exposure to how the upper echelons of the judicial system operate – exposure he now uses on behalf of his clients. After becoming licensed, he gained admission to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, and the Choctaw Nation Tribal Court.
Outside his law practice, Mr. Robey maintains close affiliations with myriad legal organizations, including the Federal Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel.
