Chad E. Ihrig

Chad E. Ihrig is an attorney at Mansell & Engel PC, an Oklahoma City, Oklahoma-based law firm, where he focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, including class actions, mass torts, catastrophic personal injury and insurance bad faith matters. He represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of disputes, with particular experience handling cases involving defective products, pharmaceutical drugs and other high-stakes claims.

Mr. Ihrig also represents clients in business litigation, the False Claims Act and whistleblower matters, as well as general civil litigation. His practice encompasses complex cases that may involve significant financial, personal or legal consequences. He works with clients to develop effective litigation strategies tailored to the circumstances of each matter while pursuing appropriate legal remedies. He works closely with clients to understand their goals, navigate complicated legal challenges and pursue meaningful results, providing experienced representation at every stage of litigation.

Mr. Ihrig earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2002, following his undergraduate studies at Oklahoma State University. His legal education and experience have prepared him to represent clients in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions.

Admitted to practice in Oklahoma and Texas, Mr. Ihrig is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas. Additionally, he is admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th and 10th Circuits.

Active in the legal community, Mr. Ihrig is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.
