Eric A. Moen

Eric A. Moen serves as a dedicated attorney at Chubbuck Duncan & Robey, P.C., located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. With a focus on civil litigation defense, business litigation, insurance coverage and business real estate matters, he provides comprehensive legal representation to clients throughout the Oklahoma metropolitan area and surrounding communities.

Mr. Moen's educational background includes a B.A. in finance from The University of Oklahoma, which he earned in 2003. He subsequently pursued his legal education at The University of Oklahoma College of Law, graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2012. During his time in law school, he distinguished himself as an articles editor for the Oklahoma Law Review and was recognized as a Second Century Scholar, demonstrating his commitment to academic excellence and legal scholarship.

Prior to joining Chubbuck Duncan & Robey, P.C., Mr. Moen gained valuable experience working in the Office of the General Counsel for The University of Oklahoma. This foundation in institutional legal affairs provided him with unique insights that continue to inform his approach to complex legal challenges in his current practice.

Mr. Moen maintains active membership in numerous professional organizations that enhance his ability to serve clients effectively. He is admitted to practice before the Oklahoma Bar Association, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. He is also a barrister in the Luther L. Bohanon American Inn of Court.

Additionally, Mr. Moen is involved with the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, and the Defense Research Institute, particularly within the Trucking Law and Construction Law Committees. This demonstrates his commitment to staying current with developments in these specialized areas of practice.
