Jennifer A. Bruner Soltani

Jennifer A. Bruner Soltani is the president of Jennifer A. Bruner, Attorney at Law, PC, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Her exceptional proficiency lies in diverse practice areas, including acquisitions, mergers, contract law, entity organization, dispute resolution and real estate. Moreover, she has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, mediation, trials and state and federal appeals, resulting in the publication of several opinions.

Ms. Soltani's primary goal is to aid local businesses by equipping them with many services to navigate legal challenges and seize opportunities. She excels in helping her clients make the right business decisions and guiding them toward the best path to success. Licensed in Oklahoma in 2003, she is admitted to practice in state and federal courts throughout Oklahoma, as well as the 10th District Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.  

Hailing from the Western Oklahoma region, Ms. Soltani completed her Bachelor of Science in health and sports sciences from The University of Oklahoma in 1999. Her penchant for entrepreneurship led to her establishing her own small business in the health care industry while still pursuing her undergraduate studies. Eager to broaden her horizon, she furthered her education by pursuing a Juris Doctor at The University of Oklahoma College of Law. Graduating at the top quarter of her class in 2003, her legal career has since testified to her exceptional dedication and skill.

Ms. Soltani has been recognized in the Covington Who's Who list for her exemplary executive and professional achievements. Her passion for community service is demonstrated through her active roles as a board member of the Oklahoma Bar Association High School Mock Trial Program and a former Oklahoma County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division board member. Additionally, she is a valued member of the South Oklahoma City Lawyers Association and the National Association of Professional Women.
