Kelly A. George

As a co-founder and partner at Burch, George & Germany, P.C., in Oklahoma City, Kelly A. George provides dedicated legal representation to individuals and families whose lives have been affected by serious injuries. He mainly focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, including car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, birth injuries and nursing home abuse.

Mr. George represents clients in difficult situations, advocating for those harmed by negligence and unsafe practices. He works closely with accident victims and their families to pursue the compensation they deserve for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering. He is known for his strategic approach and thorough case preparation, and he is committed to holding individuals, corporations and insurers responsible.

Mr. George graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma Christian University in 1985. He then went on to pursue his legal education at the Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he honed his shrewd legal acumen and earned his Juris Doctor in 1989. Admitted to practice law in Oklahoma since 1989, he is authorized to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.

Active in the legal community, Mr. George maintains memberships in the Oklahoma County Bar Association, where he previously served on the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Division, as well as the Oklahoma Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Association of American Association for Justice President’s Club, the Oklahoma Association for Justice and the American Agricultural Law Association.
