Kenyatta R. Bethea

Kenyatta R. Bethea is an attorney at Holloway, Bethea & Others, PLLC, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mr. Bethea focuses his practice on general civil litigation, handling cases involving personal injury, abuse claims, bad faith litigation, First Amendment claims, property claims, wrongful death and wrongful discharge claims. He has over 20 years of experience representing clients throughout the Oklahoma City area.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma, Mr. Bethea graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He is licensed to practice law before all Oklahoma state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.

Recognized as a knowledgeable and respected member of his legal community, Mr. Bethea speaks for the National Business Institute on a regular basis in lectures about bad faith claims, damages, insurance law and other subjects. As a private attorney, he is committed to providing accurate and helpful advice to his clients.

Over the years, Mr. Bethea has remained active in his legal community and served in various leadership positions. He served on the Oklahoma County Bar Association Board of Directors and the Oklahoma Association for Justice Advisory Board. He is an active member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Oklahoma City Association of Black Lawyers.

When he is not practicing law, Mr. Bethea enjoys serving his local community. He is active in his local church and schools and is a former athletic coach for local sports groups.
