Lindsay Kistler, the visionary owner of Kistler Legal Group PLLC brings her dynamic legal acumen to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Her practice is a vibrant tapestry of employment law for employers, business litigation, and real estate and property management, offering her steadfast support to clients across the state. With a passionate commitment to guiding her clients through challenging times, she provides insightful legal counsel and reassurance.
An Oklahoma City native, Ms. Kistler pursued her education at The University of Oklahoma, earning a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in philosophy in 2012. After a year at a small law firm, she advanced to The University of Oklahoma College of Law, graduating with honors in 2016. Her legal journey began with her licensing in Oklahoma that same year, followed by admissions to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
While at law school, Ms. Kistler took on the role of editor-in-chief for the Oklahoma Law Review and participated in moot court competitions. Her stellar performance earned her the Outstanding Third Year Law Student Award from the Oklahoma Bar Association, and she was inducted into prestigious groups recognizing top graduates for academic, advocacy and writing excellence. After gaining invaluable experience at a prominent downtown Oklahoma City firm, she embarked on her own path in 2022, establishing a solo practice. She continues to adeptly handle diverse legal challenges, from pre-litigation disputes to state and federal court cases, arbitrations and contract negotiations.
Recently, for the third consecutive year, Ms. Kistler was recognized by her peers in the 2024 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for her exceptional skills in labor and employment law – management. Her colleagues have also praised her for championing an immaculate, client-focused approach that highlights individual care, dedicated attention and a spirited drive to help them navigate their legal challenges. She is also an accomplished writer, having authored "Just a Miner Threat? The Fourth Circuit Refuses to Review Temporary Reinstatement Orders Through the Collateral Order Doctrine," published in the 69th volume of the Oklahoma Law Review in 2016.
