She gained her licensure to practice law in Oklahoma in 2016 and is additionally admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Starting her career at a large Oklahoma City firm, Ms. Kistler built extensive experience in commercial transactions and employment disputes. In 2022, she launched her own practice, prioritizing personalized client service.
