M. Adam Engel

M. Adam Engel is an attorney solely focusing his practice on bad faith insurance claims at the law firm of Mansell & Engel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He pursues justice for clients whose insurance company denied their claims to protect its bottom line. As part of litigation, he has deposed forensic engineers, claim supervisors and insurance adjusters and has reviewed countless insurance company training modules, thus gaining a thorough understanding of their operations.

Mr. Engel takes on cases of all sizes and proportions, from roof damage claims to commercial property claims. With wind and hailstorms being the top reason homeowners file insurance claims, he inspects every house, paying close attention to details that insurance companies may overlook. Recently, $1.2 million was awarded to his client, who was denied $20,000 from their insurance company after their house was damaged by tornadoes.

A 2012 graduate of The University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, Mr. Engel was a part of The University of Oklahoma rugby team and the Kappa Alpha Order social fraternity. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from The University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2015. Licensed to practice the same year in Oklahoma, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.

Mr. Engel is an active affiliate with many prominent legal organizations, including the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the Oklahoma Association for Justice.
