Mariano Acuna

Mariano Acuna is the owner and practicing attorney at the Acuña Law Firm in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where he diligently represents clients from all walks of life who have been injured through no fault of their own. With over two decades of experience, he is well-equipped to take on contentious personal injury cases relating to motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, medical malpractice, truck collisions, wrongful death and many more.

A 1994 graduate of the New Mexico Military Institute, Mr. Acuna returned to Mexico and completed his undergraduate studies in international relations. Soon after, he moved to Oklahoma in 1998 and pursued a legal education at the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. He received his Juris Doctor in 2003, and in the very next year, he obtained his license to practice law across all Oklahoma state courts.

Furthermore, Mr. Acuna gained admission to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas and the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. Starting out his career as an insurance defense attorney, he understands the tactics corporations often employ to deny their customers the compensation they deserve.

While Mr. Acuna is a consummate legal professional and a deft advocate for his clients, he is foremost a family man with a strong moral compass that shows through his actions. He understands his clients are doing whatever they can to support their loved ones even during times of strife, and he fights tooth and nail to make sure that their lives are not defined by their injuries. Within his community, he has taken on pro bono cases through Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma and Oklahoma Lawyers for Children, and he is on the board of directors for Variety Care, one of the biggest health centers in Oklahoma.
