Monty L. Cain is the owner and managing attorney at Cain Law in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mr. Cain focuses his practice on personal injury law, representing clients in matters involving traumatic brain injuries, truck accidents, car accidents, product liability. Born and raised in Oklahoma, Mr. Cain earned a bachelor’s degree in petroleum land management from the University of Oklahoma. He received his law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law where he excelled academically earning Am Jur Award and admission to the Phi Delta Phi law fraternity. Mr. Cain has continued his legal education by attending national conferences with a focus on Brain Injury and Truck Accident litigation and improving Trial Skills.
Following law school, Mr. Cain developed his legal skills by working for a private Oklahoma based firm. He founded Cain Law in 2011. He holds an active law license before all Oklahoma state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District, Eastern and Northern of Oklahoma and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
