A veteran attorney with over four decades of experience, Philip O. Mr. Watts made his first foray into the legal field through his enrollment at The University of Oklahoma College of Law, and during his time there, he strengthened his legal acumen and expanded his legal knowledge, which led him to be awarded the winner of the National Appellate Advocacy Program. After receiving his Juris Doctor, he became licensed to practice law in Oklahoma in 1984, and later, he gained admission to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. 

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Watts has tested his mettle on numerous occasions, and with his experience, he routinely takes on matters of maximal complexity with relative ease.
