Randall K. Calvert

Randall K. Calvert is the managing partner of the Calvert Law firm in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mr. Calvert's firm specializes in complex business litigation, and he credits his background as a certified public accountant and entrepreneur for influencing his law career. He earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Oklahoma State University and his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University.

Attorney Calvert has a number of trial successes, including winning the largest punitive damage award in the state of Oklahoma.  Lawyers USA named the verdict the sixth most important verdict in the United States in 2008.  Mr. Calvert has won multiple punitive damage awards, including an $18 million punitive damage jury verdict in 2020.   Mr. Calvert regularly takes cases to trial.  Calvert Law Firm has won multiple verdicts for policy holders in insurance bad faith cases and has multiple reported decisions in the area of insurance bad faith.

Mr. Calvert is approved to practice before the states courts of Oklahoma, Texas, and Colorado; the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court. Attorney Calvert is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Oklahoma Association for Justice, and Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association.
