Rick W. Bisher

A resilient personal injury attorney pursuing law and representing the people of Oklahoma, Rick W. Bisher is the co-founder and one of the partners of Ryan Bisher Ryan & Simons in Oklahoma City. Bringing over three and a half decades of experience and knowledge to the table, he helps victims of personal injury who have sustained both minor and catastrophic injuries caused by defective products, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, semi-truck accidents and car accidents.

Always open for a challenge, Mr. Bisher doesn’t back out when a high-profile case against a multinational company or a conglomerate is on his table. He takes pride in his ability to help turn around the lives of individuals who were recklessly destroyed by others’ sheer negligence and fights aggressively to obtain justice for them. He believes justice should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their socioeconomic or financial background. 

A native of Missouri, Mr. Bisher attended one of the finest universities in the state, Southeast Missouri State University, where he studied political science, management and marketing and received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1984. While pursuing undergraduate studies, he set his mind on becoming an attorney and serving the great country. Following his dreams, he joined The University of Tulsa College of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor in 1987. During his law school days, he clerked for a renowned attorney in Oklahoma and was a licensed legal intern in his final year at the law school. 

Right after receiving his bar license to practice law in Oklahoma, Mr. Bisher founded his law practice the same year he graduated from law school. As a young attorney himself, he was incredibly focused and driven. His thirst for knowledge pushed him to get better at his craft, thereby enabling him to provide top-notch representation to his clients. Along the way, he has secured several significant outcomes and multiple million-dollar verdicts for his clients. His continuous excellence throughout his career earned him a sweet spot in the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
