Attorney Stephen G. Fabian, Jr., is the founder and president of Fabian & Associates Inc, P.C., in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Widely regarded as one of the leading authorities on DUI defense, Mr. Fabian focuses his practice exclusively in this area of law, and he provides unmatched legal counsel and support to clients across the state who face complex legal challenges involving DUI charges, as well as driver's license suspensions and revocations.

Throughout the course of his more than 47 years in practice, Mr. Fabian has established himself as one of the most knowledgeable and successful DUI defense attorneys in the state. He began his career in law enforcement, and after becoming an attorney in 1973, he served as general counsel and legal advisor for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and Department of Public Safety. In addition, he testified before various legislative sessions, including the Presidential Commission on Drinking and Driving, and he has conducted lectures and continuing legal education seminars across the nation on DUI-related matters. He was also highly influential in passing legislation that made Oklahoma the first state to seize driver's licenses at the time of a DUI arrest, and he helped implement similar laws in other states.

Since shifting his focus to DUI defense, Mr. Fabian has achieved equal success defending the rights and interests of thousands of clients charged with DUI. Moreover, he has handled dozens of appeals and has had more than 30 opinions published. He obtained a success rate of more than 71% in DUI appeals, and he holds the distinction of being the only attorney in the state to secure injunctions and attorney's fees from the Department of Public Safety in DUI cases.

Honored for his professionalism and service, Mr. Fabian has earned a Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished* peer review rating, and he has received many other accolades from his peers along with "Superb" client ratings on Avvo. A 1968 graduate of Wichita State University, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1973. He is admitted to practice before all U.S. District Courts in Oklahoma, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and the U.S Supreme Court.
