Background and Education

Quality education from renowned universities was the starting point for Mr. Watkins's career. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts and Letters from William Jewell College in 1995, he completed his education in law at Oklahoma City University, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1999. He is admitted to practice law in all federal and state courts in Oklahoma, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
