Wes Johnston

With a practice focused on civil litigation, Wes Johnston is the principal of Johnston & Associates. He has over thirty years of experience in all phases of civil litigation in hundreds of cases. The focus of his practice is oil & gas, environmental and land damage cases—often involving soil and groundwater contamination issues. The firm also concentrates on litigation in estate and trust matters. He has tried over 20 civil jury trials to verdict and has recovered millions of dollars in judgments and settlements for his clients.

 Mr. Johnston is admitted to practice in the states of Oklahoma and Colorado, the federal district courts for the Western District of Oklahoma, the Eastern District of Oklahoma, and the District of Colorado, as well as U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Johnston practices in Oklahoma and Colorado and maintains offices in both Oklahoma City and Lafayette, Colorado.
