Brian Boeheim is an attorney and Partner at Boeheim Freeman Law, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Boeheim and his Partner, Ciera Freeman, began as a Criminal Litigation Firm focused on only the most difficult criminal cases, including Murder and Child Abuse.  They have since expanded and are known in the legal community for their zealous and effective representation of clients throughout the Tulsa area in the fields of Criminal Law and Family Law.

In 2023, Brian Boeheim was asked by LexisNexis to co-author the legal treatise Oklahoma Criminal Law and Procedure with Forms, which was published and distributed by LexisNexis in 2024.  Brian’s experience and expansive knowledge of criminal procedure makes this a uniquely practical text for any legal professional.

Mr. Boeheim started his firm with two things in mind, "Providing Best in Class Legal Services, and Treating Every Client with Respect."  Over the course of his legal career, he has litigated over a thousand cases, with trial acquittals for Defendants accused of Murder, Rape, Robbery, Child Abuse, and Drug Offenses.

Mr. Boeheim has fiercly argued to protect the rights of mothers and fathers during intense custody disputes.  He has also fought for the rights of grandparents in order to ensure that rights to visitation do not get lost in a custody battle between parents.

Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Boeheim enjoyed a long and successful career as a consultant in the technology world for companies like Cisco, HP, and IBM. He has authored two books, written articles for trade and legal journals, and spoken at conferences around the world.

Outside of the office, Mr. Boeheim is active in professional organizations, including the Tulsa County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He also has served as the President of the Hudson-Hall-Wheaton chapter of American Inns of Court.

Mr. Boeheim holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and received his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
