Charles L. Richardson

Charles L. Richardson is the managing partner of Richardson Richardson Boudreaux in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he has forged a distinguished career in personal injury and civil litigation for over 30 years. His practice encompasses auto accident claims, products liability, medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, class actions, mass torts and criminal defense.

A consummate trial lawyer, Mr. Richardson has secured numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements, among them a $32.5 million pharmaceutical case, a $20 million wrongful death award, $10.8 million in medical malpractice and two separate $10 million judgments in breach of contract and business litigation. Academically accomplished, Mr. Richardson earned his B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in 1986 and his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1989. He began his public service as assistant district attorney for Tulsa County and was later appointed by Governor Frank Keating in 1997 to serve as Tulsa County District Attorney. He is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma state courts, the Supreme Courts of Oklahoma and Texas, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Texas and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 5th and 10th Circuits.
