Courtney Driskell

Courtney Driskell is an accomplished solo practitioner and trial attorney primarily focused on representing Oklahoma citizens in family law, criminal defense, and juvenile deprived matters. She also accepts criminal conflict appointments from the Tulsa County District Court. Ms. Driskell is a 2024 Oklahoma Super Lawyers Rising Star and was chosen as a National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyers in Oklahoma. Ms. Driskell was also selected as a member of the Top 30 Matrimonial and Family Trial Lawyers Association for Oklahoma. Ms. Driskell was a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association Leadership Academy for 2024 and the Tulsa County Bar Association Leadership Academy for 2024. Ms. Driskell is also the Secretary of the Oklahoma Bar Association Family Law Section.

Ms. Driskell graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law with Highest Honors and received the CALI award in Trial Skills. She attended law school specifically to work with children and families within the legal system and places a high premium on child welfare matters and education. Ms. Driskell volunteers with Tulsa Lawyers for Children as a Volunteer Attorney advocating for children's rights in the Tulsa County Juvenile Deprived system.
