James E. Weger is the president and managing partner of Jones Gotcher Attorneys & Counselors, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Focusing his practice on complex commercial litigation, he represents companies throughout the area in a wide variety of cases, including commercial real estate and construction contract disputes, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission defense, trademark infringement, securities violations, and antitrust and environmental matters.
