R. Brent Blackstock

Attorney R. Brent Blackstock is a partner and owner of the boutique law firm Brent Blackstock PLC. He provides high-quality service to clients in Tulsa, Houston and Boston, and the surrounding areas. For more than three decades, he has helped people navigate complex legal issues related to oil and gas law, and has also assisted clients with business law, bankruptcy law, wills, trusts and estates, contract disputes, commercial litigation and civil litigation.

After graduating cum laude from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics, Mr. Blackstock enrolled at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1981. He is admitted to practice in the State Bar of Oklahoma, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District Texas and the U.S. Supreme Court.
