Scott R. Helton

Scott R. Helton serves as a managing partner at Helton Law Firm, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he offers legal counsel to individuals, families and businesses across the state. He focuses his practice on a broad range of matters, including business litigation, business transactions, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and trust and estate litigation.

Prior to attending law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Oklahoma Baptist University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in secondary education in 2000.

Licensed to practice law in Oklahoma in 2003, Mr. Helton is also authorized to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. His experience in both state and federal courts allows him to effectively represent clients across a wide range of legal forums. Additionally, he is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Tulsa County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association.
