Over the course of her legal career, Ms. Cinocca has gained a reputation for her in-depth legal knowledge and her unwavering commitment to helping her clients find the quality solutions and favorable outcomes they seek for their legal challenges as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. Before becoming an attorney, she worked in legal research and writing, as a purchasing assistant for a major heat pump manufacturer, and she held a number of administrative roles for companies and corporations in various industries.

Her past business and industrial experiences help her to better address her clients' issues concerning their own commercial operations, and she gained invaluable experience working for several law firms in the areas of personal injury and employment law. Moreover, she currently manages all aspects of her law firm, so she fully understands the unique struggles and challenges business owners can face in the day-to-day operation of their businesses.

A 1993 graduate of Oklahoma City University, Ms. Cinocca earned her Master of Business Administration from the same in 1994. She then attended the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 1997. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She has taught courses to human resource representatives of major corporations through the Lorman Institute.

A dean's list scholar in law school, Ms. Cinocca served as Student Bar Association representative as well as member of the Oklahoma Intercollegiate Legislature Delegate, and she completed international legal studies at Loyola Law School Chicago's Rome Center. She also received certification as an Oklahoma Supreme Court certified mediator as well as a health law certificate.

Ms. Cinocca has held a number of leadership roles with the American Bar Associations, and she is a member of the Tulsa County and Oklahoma Bar Associations, among her other professional affiliations. She also has several publications to her credit, and she has conducted numerous lectures and seminars across her region on a variety of legal topics. Ms. Cinocca has been engaged in active litigation related to automobile manufacturer defects against General Motors in New York and IVC Filter litigation against Cook in Indiana.
