Further admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, he supports clients at all levels of the judiciary.

An active member of the Tulsa County Bar Foundation, Mr. McLain serves as the chairperson of the Capital Campaign Committee. He is also a board member of the Oklahoma Association for Justice and The Summit Club. Additionally, he serves on the board of Tulsa Lawyers for Children, where he volunteers in representing minors who are adjudicated, deprived and in the custody of the Department of Human Services.
