Jennifer L. Peckham

Jennifer L. Peckham is a partner at Lufkin Peckham LLP in Beaverton, Oregon, and provides compassionate legal representation to residents throughout the surrounding region with their contentious family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support and visitation, and mediative law as well. With nearly 15 years of experience, she understands what her clients are going through during this trying moment in their lives and provides comfort and confidence that their legal issues will be handled judiciously and with poise. 

Ms. Peckham was a petty officer in the US Navy Reserve and is a former public school teacher. After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Ms. Peckham went on to pursue higher education at the University of Texas at Brownsville, Texas, where she graduated with her Master of Education degree.  She enrolled at the Willamette University College of Law, where she honed her legal talents and strengthened the pillars of her legal foundation. She received her Juris Doctor in 2009, and in the same year, she obtained her license to practice in Oregon. 

With an enthusiastic zeal to see her clients move on from their tumultuous family issues to better opportunities, Ms. Peckham works tirelessly to achieve their goals expeditiously. She takes on the brunt of the legal burden and pursues every available avenue while her clients can focus on themselves and their loved ones. Within her legal community, Ms. Peckham holds close affiliations with many legal organizations, including the Multnomah Bar Association and the Oregon Women Lawyers. Within the Washington County Bar Association, she serves is past secretary, and is a member of the Washington County Conciliation Services Advisory Board.  Ms. Peckham volunteers at St. Andrew Legal Clinic's Night Clinic program and in an advisory capacity with the Oregon Justice Resource Center's Women's Justice Project.
