Attorney Keith Dozier is the founder of Wm. Keith Dozier, LLC, located in Lake Oswego, Oregon and Beaverton, Oregon. Mr. Dozier has 20 years of experience practicing personal injury law, serving clients in the Portland metro area and throughout all of Oregon. He handles matters involving catastrophic injury, construction accidents, mass torts, medical malpractice, product liability and wrongful death.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Dozier has successfully litigated and settled many cases on behalf of negligence victims. He has experience litigating against a variety of defendants, including international corporations and major insurance companies. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in Oregon state and federal courts. He has achieved numerous six to eight figure judgments and settlements.
Mr. Dozier holds several leadership roles, including serving in the House of Delegates for the Oregon State Bar and has served on the Board of Governors for the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. He writes and lectures for the Oregon State Bar and the Oregon Law Institute and is an elected member of the Oregon chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
