Before pursuing a career in law, Mr. Larwick completed a bachelor’s degree in biology and Spanish at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, therefore being fluent in Spanish and providing services to a wider clientele. He then pursued a law degree from the University of Oregon, where he served as the editor in chief of the Oregon Law Review, and earned his Juris Doctor in 2011. The following year he was admitted to the Oregon State Bar and further admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
As a former firefighter, Mr. Larwick holds a deep appreciation for rules that protect others in the community. This appreciation led him to build his career as an advocate for the ones who aren’t protected lawfully. Since then, he has been committed to holding people accountable for their actions and corporations for their negligence when a person is injured. To further cement this dedication, he founded his own firm and now helps hundreds more clients to receive the best possible settlements for their pain and agony. In one such pharmaceutical negligence case, he helped the plaintiff receive $475,000 for an overdose of medicines.
Mr. Larwick holds an active standing in the legal community as a member of the American Association for Justice, the editorial board member of Trial Guides, the bar mentor for new lawyers at the Oregon State Bar and the guardian of civil justice at the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. Additionally, he serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Oregon School of Law. His relentless pursuit of providing quality legal service had earned him recognition in the Top 40 Under 40 list by National Trial Lawyers. He also holds a “Superb” rating on Avvo, standing as proof of his dedication.
