Keith D. Semple

Keith is a shareholder with Johnson, Johnson, Lucas, and Middleton in Eugene, Oregon.  Since 2003, he has fought for the rights of Oregon workers who were injured on the job and the families of workers who were killed on the job.  Keith has helped thousands of workers get the best possible outcomes on their claims, despite difficult odds.  He has represented workers across many different industries and in all parts of the State. 

In 2013, Keith became the Co-Chair of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association Workers' Compensation Section.  Since that time he has helped to pass several significant amendments to Oregon's Workers' Compensation laws and administrative rules, which will improve the lives of injured workers long into the future.  

In 2020, Keith was named the Outstanding Workers' Compensation Attorney by the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.  This award is given by its prior recipients to recognize outstanding efforts to advance the rights of injured workers in litigation and policymaking.    

In 2021, Keith received the Professionalism and Service Award from the Oregon State Bar Workers' Compensation Section.  The Workers’ Compensation Section Professionalism and Service Award is given in recognition of one’s commitment to the highest standards of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and willing adherence to the highest ethical standards while publicly and consistently making outstanding contributions to the Workers’ Compensation Section and the hearing process.

In his free time, Keith enjoys spending active time outdoors with his family and working in the garden.
