Adam Rose

Adam Rose is the founding partner of Rose Law Firm, P.C., and a trusted legal advisor with more than 27 years of experience guiding businesses across Oregon, Washington, and California through complex corporate transitions. 

His practice centers on mergers and acquisitions, business succession, corporate governance, fiduciary duty advising, and commercial litigation support. Adam is widely recognized for helping business owners, executives, and closely held companies navigate legal decisions that carry long-term business impact. 

He has advised clients on a range of high-stakes matters including entity restructuring, ownership transitions, cross-border deals, private equity transactions, and shareholder disputes. Adam is also frequently called upon to support litigation involving equity owner disputes, derivative actions, minority shareholder rights, corporate dissenters’ rights, and securities litigation. 

In addition to corporate transactions and governance, Adam regularly handles commercial agreements involving licensing, distribution, manufacturing, transportation, real estate, and finance. He is known for aligning legal structure with business strategy, especially in preparation for exit events, succession planning, or conflict resolution. 

Adam’s work has earned national and regional recognition. He has been selected to the Oregon Super Lawyers list multiple years (2022–2025), honored in the Portland Business Journal’s Forty Under 40, and is currently serving as President of the Oregon chapter of the International Network of Boutique Law Firms. His legal insights have been published in CLE materials and business media, including the Portland Business Journal. 

Prior to founding Rose Law Firm in 2012, Adam was a shareholder in the corporate group at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, and an associate at Stoll Berne.
