Adam Rose is the founding partner of Rose Law Firm, P.C., and a trusted legal advisor with more than 27 years of experience guiding businesses across Oregon, Washington, and California through complex corporate transitions.
His practice centers on mergers and acquisitions, business succession, corporate governance, fiduciary duty advising, and commercial litigation support. Adam is widely recognized for helping business owners, executives, and closely held companies navigate legal decisions that carry long-term business impact.
He has advised clients on a range of high-stakes matters including entity restructuring, ownership transitions, cross-border deals, private equity transactions, and shareholder disputes. Adam is also frequently called upon to support litigation involving equity owner disputes, derivative actions, minority shareholder rights, corporate dissenters’ rights, and securities litigation.
