Adam Rose has practiced a wide array of corporate matters for more than twenty-five years for clients in Oregon, Washington, and California. He focuses on mergers & acquisitions, ownership succession, corporate governance, fiduciary duty advising, contracts, and various other complex matters.
Adam has also provided strategic and corporate law support on numerous litigation matters including equity owner disputes, business divorce, minority shareholder rights, derivative actions, corporate dissenters' rights, securities, and computer crime litigation. Many of his clients are in the manufacturing, transportation, licensing and distribution, commercial finance, and real estate industries.
His ability to deliver creative solutions and favorable outcomes has made him a trusted advisor to businesses navigating the complexities of corporate law. Adam’s work in these areas has been recognized around the U.S. and he is often asked to speak to business owners, lawyers, CPAs, and other professionals.
In 2012, Adam founded Rose Law Firm, P.C. in Portland, Oregon. Previously, he was a shareholder in the corporate practice group at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt PC (2007-2012); and an associate at Stoll Berne (1997-2004).
