Ana Ching

Ana is an attorney in Dunn Carney’s Estate Planning and Environmental & Natural Resource Practice Groups.

Ana supports the firm’s comprehensive estate planning practice, assisting clients with a broad range of needs, including preparation of wills, complex trusts, and legacy planning. She also works with nonprofit organizations to provide guidance on matters including navigation of tax-exemption applications, governance, and regulatory compliance.

In her environmental practice, Ana provides legal advice to clients on a variety of water and land use issues, with a particular focus on cleanup disputes, including investigation, remediation, and recovery of contaminated sites.
