Aurelia Erickson

At the Portland, Oregon-based firm of Chenoweth Law Group, P.C., Aurelia Erickson serves as an attorney whose practice areas include civil litigation, business litigation, employment litigation and securities litigation.

Ms. Erickson has immense experience working on cases that involve corporate, LLC member and partnership lawsuits and shareholder oppression lawsuits. With a major in political science and international studies, Ms. Erickson obtained her bachelor’s degree from the Northwestern University. She earned her doctorate in jurisprudence cum laude from the Lewis & Clark Law School in 2012, while also receiving an Environmental and Natural Resources Certificate. Moreover, she served as an associate editor of the Environmental Law.

During law school, Ms. Erickson served as a law clerk at the Oregon Department of Justice’s Environmental Crimes Division and the Pacific Environmental Advocacy Center. She also served as a judicial law clerk for a renowned Superior Court judge in Alaska. She received authorization to practice law in Oregon in 2012 and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.

Active in the legal arena, Ms. Erickson is an elected delegate of the Oregon State Bar and a member of the Oregon State Bar’s Business Litigation Section Executive Committee, the Securities Regulation Section and the Solo & Small Firm Section. She also has memberships in the Multnomah Bar Association and the board of its Young Lawyers Section.
