Caulin is an associate in Dunn Carney’s real estate and corporate practice groups. Caulin has experience drafting a variety of general real estate and commercial documents, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, trust deeds, promissory notes, and operating agreements. Caulin also has extensive experience assisting with renewable energy leasing for energy developers and individual and institutional landowners. Caulin’s real estate practice also includes assisting with timberlands and agricultural real property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
