Damien Munsinger is the co-founder of the firm Klein Munsinger LLC, which has its offices in Portland, Oregon. He has been in the legal field for over a decade and is a highly regarded employment litigation lawyer. He has provided representation and advice on a variety of employment matters to both large and small businesses, private and public universities, and government bodies.
In addition to sexual harassment, hostile work environments, and retaliation claims, Mr. Munsinger has handled cases involving race, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, and religious discrimination. He also has immense experience taking on matters such as noncompete agreements, higher education tenure disputes, severance negotiations and executive compensation agreements.

Mr. Munsinger obtained his bachelor’s degree from the New York University and gained his legal education at the Lewis & Clark Law School, earning his Juris Doctor in 2012. While in law school, he was awarded for his academic achievements and was the recipient of the Academic Scholarship. Additionally, he served as the board chair of the Student Advocates for Business and Environmental Responsibility and won the “Perfect Round” Award for his participation in the American Bar Association’s National Trial Advocacy Competition.
Post law school, Mr. Munsinger clerked at the Oregon Department of Justice and moved on to serving as a special assistant to the attorney general. He also taught students at the Willamette University College of Law in Salem as well as the Lewis & Clark’s Graduate School of Education and Counseling in Portland.
A strong proponent of giving back to his community, Mr. Munsinger is a trustee at The International School of Portland and serves on the advisory board of The Commons Law Center nonprofit. He is authorized to practice law in Oregon and Washington and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
