Daniel H. Lerner

At the office of Chenoweth Law Group, P.C., in Portland, Oregon, Daniel H. Lerner serves clients in legal matters pertaining to business and employment litigation, labor law and tort law. He is not fazed by the many complexities that come with taking cases to trial and works diligently to provide his clients with the favorable results they seek.

With 15-plus years of experience in practicing law, Mr. Lerner is adept in the courtroom and can easily adapt to changes as they unfold. Primarily focused on litigation, he is knowledgeable in the strategies to implement in different situations and can deliver consistent and smart arguments toward a favorable outcome for his clients.

After graduating cum laude from Tufts University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy, Mr. Lerner attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School and was included on the dean’s list. He received his Juris Doctor in 2006 and was licensed to practice in Oregon the next year.

Mr. Lerner holds memberships in the Oregon State Bar and the Multnomah Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the United States District for the District of Oregon. Committed to spreading knowledge in his community, he is the mock trial coach at Lincoln High School.
