Daniel Lerner

Dan Lerner is a seasoned attorney at Hirshon Lerner Hutchinson located in Portland, Oregon. With over 18 years of professional experience, he primarily focuses on complex business litigation, contract disputes, and property disputes.  Dan grew up around small, family-owned businesses, which deeply influenced his career path and helped him better understand the challenges confronting business owners and individuals alike.

Dan received his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in political science and philosophy from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. He is admitted to practice law in Oregon and the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.
