Daniel T. Goldstein

Dan Goldstein is a partner at PDX Construction in Portland, specializing in construction and real estate litigation disputes of all sizes. Dan represents owners, contractors, and design professionals in claims regarding defect, delay, non-payment, non-disclosure, breach of contract, boundary disputes, and easement disputes. Dan has tried or arbitrated nearly 50 cases ranging in length from one day to six weeks, and including a wide variety of matters.

Dan attended law school at the University of Washington and obtained his undergraduate degree from Portland State University.
