With more than 47 years of experience, attorney Janet Hoffman serves her clients from her firm, Hoffman Law LLC, in Portland, Oregon. Since she was licensed in the state, she has been defending clients' charges against them. She has handled a variety of cases, ranging from white collar and corporate crimes to fraud, environmental crimes, violent crimes, corruption and sex crimes.

An alumna of the University of Redlands, Ms. Hoffman received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1973 and went on to complete her law degree from Boston College Law School in 1977. After graduating from college, she worked as a public defender until 1981, when she entered private practice. 

A member of the International Society of Barristers, Ms. Hoffman also shares memberships in the Portland Business Journal’s BizWomen Coalition. A testament to her professional merits, she has been selected as “Portland’s Lawyer of the Year” by the Best Lawyers multiple times.
