A partner at Hollander Lebenbaum & Patrick, Jovanna L. Patrick divides her practice among workers' compensation and personal injury. From the firm's office in Portland, Oregon, she provides representation to clients throughout the greater metropolitan area and the state. Ms. Patrick has been admitted to practice before all Oregon state courts since 2011. Being fluent in Spanish, Ms. Patrick prides herself on providing personal service to her clients who require or prefer Spanish communication.

In her workers' compensation practice, Ms. Patrick assists people who have been injured on the job and who are seeking their rightful benefits under their employer's insurance coverage. She works with them throughout the process, helping to ensure that the claim is timely filed and contains all necessary documentation, and she provides assistance at subsequent appeals hearings before the state's Workers' Compensation Board in the event that the claim is denied.

Ms. Patrick also represents clients who have been injured on the roads in motor vehicle collisions. She helps her clients through all steps of the process, including property damage, medical treatment and wage loss, and obtaining compensation from the negligent party.  She has experience practicing in both state and federal courts.
