Lauren Russell

Lauren Russell has extensive experience as a litigator in state and federal court and is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Employment, and Agricultural and Natural Resources teams.  Her practice focuses on management-side employment law.  She represents businesses of all sizes, as well as nonprofit entities, in cases involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment and breach of contract, and has tried several jury trials to verdict and an arbitration to decision.  She also has significant experience in noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreement negotiation.
