Lindsey Burrows has been fighting for her clients in Oregon’s courts for over fifteen years. Her law firm, Burrows Appellate Law, specializes in appeals, post-conviction relief, research and writing, and motions practice in complex criminal and civil cases.
After graduating cum laude from Lewis and Clark Law School, Lindsey entered law practice as an appellate public defender. During that time, she represented hundreds of clients in direct appeals of their criminal convictions and in DNA-testing appeals.
In 2017, Lindsey joined the law firm O’Connor Weber. In 2023, she served as Deputy General Counsel to Oregon Governor Tina Kotek. Lindsey started Burrows Appellate Law LLC in 2025 to provide exceptional legal services to Oregonians.
Burrows Appellate Law represents clients on appeal in the Oregon Court of Appeals, the Oregon Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Lindsey has obtained over 100 published opinions for her clients, including eight wins in the Oregon Supreme Court.
