Verdicts / Settlements (Case Results)
- Not Guilty from Jury: My client was harassed and physically attacked by a group of teenagers, and he protected himself. The jury could tell the truth of the situation and found him not guilty of all counts., 2025
- Relief Granted: My client was charged with harassing a classmate when he was in 8th grade, and he was forced to register as a sex offender for close to 20 years. We went to court and asked the judge to grant him relief since he had been a model citizen, and the judge granted our petition., 2025
- Court of Appeals Reversed Convictions: My client was facing horrific charges, and her right to a fair trial was violated by the Judge and the Prosecutor. The Court of Appeals agreed with my arguments and reversed her convictions and remanded the case for a new trial. After remand, I negotiated a new offer that saved my client 12 years in prison. , 2025
- Unfounded Restraining Order Dismissed: My client's neighbor's harassment campaign against my client culminated in the neighbor obtaining an unfounded restraining order against my client. We took her to court and won dismissal from the judge., 2025
- All Charges Dismissed: My client was falsely accused of rape, and my investigator and I worked this case hard in order to prove our client's innocence. Witness statements, surveillance tape, and evidence of the complaining witnesses' ulterior motivations for making the claim won the day., 2024
- All Charges Dismissed: My client was charged with serious child abuse felonies including criminal mistreatment in the first degree and assault. My client was innocent of the accusations, and the police did a sloppy investigation that caused my client to lose so much in his life. My investigator and I worked on the case day and night until we convinced the DA to dismiss the case due to exculpatory evidence that we obtained from our experts., 2022
- Not Guilty from a Jury: My client was charged with bogus harassment, and the State refused to dismiss even after we provided them evidence that their case was flimsy at best, so I took it to trial and got a not guilty verdict in less than ten minutes., 2020
- Motion to Suppress Illegally Obtained Evidence Granted And All Charges Dismissed: My client's constitutional rights to be free of unlawful search & seizure were violated by the police when they searched his residence without a warrant. The judge dismissed the case in full., 2020
