Mr. Fearl completed his undergraduate studies in 1989, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lewis & Clark College. He went on to attend the Lewis & Clark Law School, where he sharpened his shrewd legal acumen and talents that are still pertinent to his practice today. He received his Juris Doctor in 1996, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law across all Oregon state courts. 

A stalwart advocate for his clients, Mr. Fearl ensures his clients are well-looked after in their legal woes, and he strives to take on all their legal burdens so that they can take care of themselves and their loved ones during this difficult time. Within his legal community, Mr. Fearl maintains close affiliations with myriad prominent legal organizations, such as the Oregon State Bar (member of the Family Law Section), the Multnomah Bar Association, the Oregon Academy of Family Law Practitioners and the Washington County Bar Association. In the past, he has served as the supervising attorney for the nonprofit law firm St. Andrew Legal Clinic, providing deft advocacy to individuals who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford the sagacious legal representation he is known for.
